Parramatta East Pre School is a warm, community-focused preschool with a strong focus on relationships, children's wellbeing and meaningful learning.We are looking for a caring, reliable and professional Certificate III or Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team on a casual or part-time basis.

About the Role

You will contribute to a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where every child feels respected, secure and valued.

Your responsibilities will include

- Building warm and respectful relationships with children
- Maintaining active supervision and prioritising children's safety and wellbeing
- Supporting children's learning through play-based and intentional experiences
- Contributing to observations, documentation and the planning cycle
- Supporting children's independence, confidence and learning dispositions
- Working collaboratively with the team and communicating respectfully with families
- Following service policies, procedures and professional standards.

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current and verified NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid qualification, including CPR




- Completion of required Gekko Child Safety Training
- Genuine commitment to child safety, wellbeing and children's rights
- Understanding of professional boundaries and safe, respectful interactions with children
- Good communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude

Previous experience in an early childhood setting is highly regarded. Our Commitment to Child Safety
