We are seeking a motivated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team, deliver engaging educational programs and contribute to the continued growth of our network of centres.

Key responsibilities

- Plan, develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate early childhood education programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Observe and assess children’s learning, development and individual needs, and maintain learning documentation, developmental records and educational plans.
- Create a safe,



inclusive and stimulating learning workplace that supports children’s social, emotional, cognitive, language and physical development.
- Work collaboratively with educators, centre management and other team members.
- Build positive relationships with children and communicate effectively with parents and families.
- Support children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and the overall educational quality of the centre.

Selection criteria
- A recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
- At least three years of full-time relevant experience as an Early Childhood Teacher.
- Chinese language skills.
