Flexible Permanent Part Time Role - Minimum 2 days per week

About Your Role

You'll create fun, meaningful learning experiences that support each child's growth, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework. Your care will help build a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children thrive.

Working closely with families and your team, you'll foster strong relationships, support each child's wellbeing, and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace. This is a newly created role to support our full-time staff at Kirwan and Riverview to have block programming time each week. We can offer full days or school hours depending on the candidate preference.

About You:

- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent, as approved by ACECQA. If you are halfway through your degree, or already have an Early Childhood Diploma and willing to obtain a Bachelor degree, we can work with that!
- Deep understanding of current early childhood education practices, legislation, and child development.
- Blue Card (Child Related Employment).
- First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certifications must be held at time of application.
- Right to work in Australia.

Flexible two days per week - school hours or full days. New role to support full time ECTs to complete offline programming. Open to students studying.
