Experienced Cert III / Diploma Educator

Little Seeds Early Learning | Caringbah, NSW Full-Time Position | Immediate Start

Little Seeds Early Learning is looking for an experienced and confident Cert III or Diploma-qualified Educator to join our growing team in Caringbah.

We are seeking an all-rounder who is comfortable and capable working across all age groups and rooms, from nursery through to preschool. This position would suit an educator who already has strong experience in early childhood education and can step into the role with confidence.

About the role

As part of our team, you will:

- Work confidently across all rooms and age groups (0–6 years)
- Build warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children
- Support daily routines, transitions and learning experiences
- Contribute to observations, programming and documentation
- Work collaboratively with Room Leaders, Educators and management
- Maintain high standards of supervision, health, safety and hygiene
- Support a calm, positive and engaging learning environment
- Be flexible and willing to assist wherever needed across the service

About you

We are specifically looking for someone who:
- Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Has strong previous experience working in an early childhood service




- Is confident working across nursery, toddler and preschool rooms
- Is reliable, proactive and able to use initiative
- Has robust communication and teamwork skills
- Has a genuine passion for providing high-quality care and education
- Holds a current Working With Children Check
- Meets all relevant regulatory and qualification requirements
- Is available to commence immediately
