About the role

Help ensure the reliability and accessibility of Lime e-Bikes and keep the wheels rolling in Sydney. You will start your shifts at the Lime warehouse in Alexandria, before heading to locations throughout Lime's catchment area to undertake small in-field mechanical adjustments to ensure Lime's customers and members of the public remain safe.

Key responsibilities

- Ride around all day on a Lime e-Bike answering questions from the public
- Make small repairs and adjustments to the Lime fleet on location around Sydney
- Undertake small in-field mechanical adjustments to ensure safety

About you

- Experience and confidence with riding a pedal bike in and around Sydney's CBD
- Ability to undertake basic bicycle maintenance tasks to a required standard




- Ability to work a whole 8-hour physically demanding shift
- Ability to routinely lift 30+kg weight
- Friendly, approachable customer service disposition
