About the role

Swan River Electrical is looking for two motivated Electrical Apprentices to join our growing team in WA — one 1st or 2nd year apprentice and one 3rd year+ apprentice. This is a great opportunity to build your career in the trade, working alongside experienced electricians on a mix of Commercial and high-end Residential projects.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting qualified electricians with installations, maintenance, and fault-finding on Commercial & Residential sites
- Learning to read plans, wire circuits, and install switchboards, power and lighting under supervision
- Following all safety standards and site procedures
- Keeping the work van, tools and site tidy and organised
- Helping maintain accurate records of work completed
- Building good relationships with the team and clients through a positive, reliable attitude

What we're looking for

- Currently enrolled in an electrical apprenticeship (Cert III in Electrotechnology) — 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year+ applicants welcome
- A reliable, hard-working attitude and willingness to learn
- Valuable communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Own transport and a current driver's licence (or working towards one)




- A White Card (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
- Must have valid Australian work authorisation
