About the role

As our Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our 12V product range for future product categories. You'll lead the electrical category from concept through to production, working alongside our product development team and overseas manufacturing partners to create the next generation of off-grid camping equipment.

Key responsibilities

- Leading the electrical category across the business

- Designing and developing innovative 12V systems and products

- Evaluating and analysing new products before they reach the market

- Working directly with overseas manufacturers and suppliers

- Travelling internationally to visit factories and develop supplier relationships

- Assisting with sourcing new components and technologies

- Improving existing products through testing and engineering analysis

- Collaborating with our design, purchasing and production teams

- Ensuring products meet Australian standards and customer expectations

About you

- Electrical Engineering qualification (or equivalent experience)

- Solid experience with 12V automotive electrical systems

- Experience designing or developing electrical products





- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams

- Willingness to travel internationally to visit manufacturers

- Experience with off-grid power systems (highly regarded)

- Caravan, RV or camping industry experience (highly regarded)

- Solar, lithium battery and charging system knowledge (highly regarded)

- CAN Bus or vehicle electrical systems experience (highly regarded)
