Your Role

As WED’s Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, proposing,



conceiving and developing opportunities within the market that result in the delivery of accurate and competitive engineering designs that de-risk construction, commissioning and operations.

Typical engineering and design projects include HV, LV, utility, infrastructure and renewable generation projects across Australia with values ranging from $1M to $100M.

To ensure the competitiveness of these projects, it’s key the Engineering Manager is able to accurately interpret client scopes, work with engineering and design software and pro-forma spreadsheets, travel to site for ground-truthing and actively engage with both client and vendor representatives and the multi-disciplinary team at Wolff Integrated Solutions.

To be Successful

Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate proven experience as an Engineering Manager across a range of HV, LV, SCADA and communications infrastructure projects, operations and electrical operations and maintenance with a distinct focus on (buried and overhead) private and public networks, substations, switchgear and renewable energy power generation plants.

You will be adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including (sister company) Wolff Power’s clients, suppliers and subcontractors and you will have exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

Experience in end-to-end delivery of multiple projects will be highly-regarded and will a combination of electrical trade and engineering qualifications.
