Key Responsibilities

- Assembly & Automated Testing: Perform product assembly, through-hole soldering, and run automated testing routines to ensure top product quality.
- SMT Production & Operations: Learn to set up and operate our low-volume Pick & Place line (full training provided).
- Troubleshooting & Rework: Perform basic electronic diagnostics and light surface-mount (SMD) component rework.
- Packing, Receiving & Logistics: Receive incoming components and stock, efficiently pack outgoing orders, manage dispatches,



and maintain inventory accuracy using our easy-to-follow manuals and internal systems.

What We Are Looking For

- Practical Electronics & Assembly Experience: Robust hands-on experience with PCB assembly, component identification, and precision soldering is essential.
- High Computer Literacy: Very proficient with computers and quick to navigate custom software and inventory systems.
- Adaptable & Technical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the flexibility to switch between different hands-on assembly, testing, and workshop tasks throughout the day.
- Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to learn and follow structured SOPs.

Job Details

- Location: Kunda Park, QLD (Sunshine Coast)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Package Rate: $31.00 – $35.00 per hour + 12% Superannuation (practical experience, with performance review increases available)
