Exact Contracting seeks experienced civil and bulk earthworks supervisors to oversee daily earthworks on remote mining, road and civil projects. The role operates on a 2 weeks on, 1 week off FIFO roster across remote SA, NT, VIC & NSW, delivering works safely, on budget and on schedule.

Candidates should have supervisory experience in bulk/civil earthworks, a management qualification, and robust planning, communication and leadership skills to drive performance on site.
