Job Description

GS Engineering and Construction is seeking a (Senior) HR Advisor to provide generalist HR support across employee lifecycle activities. The role is based in Melbourne, offering a hybrid work model (4 days in the office, 1 day WFH) and is a parental leave cover for 12 months.

You will advise managers and staff on employment matters, support recruitment and onboarding, and contribute to HR policy and remuneration processes while ensuring compliance with Australian laws.
