About The Prospect

n

We're looking for a confident, hands-on Team Leader to support our Store Manager in running one of our airport stores. You'll lead shifts, coach the team, and step up as second-in-charge, including opening, closing, and running the store solo when needed. Key responsibilities include:

n

- Leading and supporting the team during rostered shifts, including opening and closing the store
n
- Coaching and supporting team members on the floor, including onboarding new starters
n
- Championing sales through great customer experiences, promotions, and upselling
n
- Supporting stock control, visual merchandising,



and store presentation standards
n
- Stepping in for the Store Manager during absences to keep the store running smoothly
n

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone ready to take the next step into leadership. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

n

n
- Previous experience in a retail or hospitality leadership or supervisory role, ideally 1-2+ years
n
- Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to lead by example
n
- Confidence handling cash, POS, and store opening/closing procedures
n
- Availability to work a 7 day rotating roster, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays in line with airport trading hours
n
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
