Insight is seeking a Capability Lead – Lakehouse Modernisation to own the Lakehouse Modernisation capability and guide clients in building up-to-date analytical platforms and migrating from legacy data warehouses.

The role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic capability growth, shaping lakehouse architectures while delivering results at scale. You will lead a ~15-person Sydney team and drive reusable assets, accelerators, and migration tools to accelerate client success.
