What you’ll be doing:

- As an Enrolled Nurse,



you will be dedicated to providing exceptional care and have the skills to work collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.

- You 'll be accountable for establishing and evaluating the patient's plan of care, in partnership with the patient, their carers and other members of the health care team.

- You will be supported in your role by all other nursing staff and will work under the delegation and supervision of the Registered Nurse. You will:

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

- Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA

- Current Australian working rights

- Demonstrated experience providing care to mental health consumers within a recovery‑oriented framework

- Understanding of relevant mental health legislation, guidelines, and the responsibilities relating to consumers, families and carers.

- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation, consultation and conflict resolution.
