Remuneration: $75,011.91 - $81,508.14 per annum / $37.83 - $41.10 per hour

Hours Per Week: up to 38

What you'll be doing

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll provide direct nursing care under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse,



contributing to positive outcomes for people accessing mental health services.

- Deliver safe, compassionate care aligned with individual nursing care plans and client needs.

- Undertake observations and assessments, recognise changes in health status and escalate clinical concerns appropriately.

- Support clients with activities of daily living, comfort and emotional wellbeing to promote independence and recovery.

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement and health care information.

- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and the broader multidisciplinary team while practising within your scope of practice, NSW Health policies and professional standards.

Registration:



Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Selection Criteria:

- Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD

- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.

- Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal

- Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.

- Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team

- Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
