- $121,095 to $136,286 (Dep on skill + Exp) + 12% Superannuation

About the role An opportunity exists to join the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) at the City of Melbourne as an Enterprise Change Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a key role supporting enterprise-wide transformation and change initiatives across one of Australia's most dynamic local government organisations. Working within the Enterprise Planning and Insights Branch, you will help embed change management practices, tools and capability across the organisation, ensuring employees are supported through change and that projects achieve sustainable outcomes. You will partner with leaders, project teams and stakeholders across Council to drive change adoption, minimise resistance and build organisational capability in change management.

- Lead and support change management activities across a diverse portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain enterprise change management frameworks, tools, templates and guidance materials.
- Partner with project teams and stakeholders to assess impacts, manage risks and support successful change adoption.
- Design and deliver change and communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities and training initiatives.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on change outcomes and organisational readiness to support continuous improvement.

About you

You are an experienced change professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders. You bring a practical, people-focused approach to change and can confidently guide leaders and teams through transformation initiatives.

You are highly organised, adaptable and skilled at building trusted relationships that drive engagement and successful outcomes.

What your experience might look like (Key Selection Criteria)

- Demonstrated experience in enterprise change management, organisational transformation or project delivery environments.
- Qualifications or certification in Change Management or a related discipline.
- Experience developing and implementing change strategies, communication plans and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify change impacts, risks and opportunities.
- Proven ability to build productive relationships, influence stakeholders and work effectively across all organisational levels.
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops, training programs or capability-building activities.




- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
