We are seeking an experienced Enterprise / Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of innovative technology solutions within the Healthcare and Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology, translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing architectural solutions.

This role requires deep expertise in enterprise architecture, healthcare and insurance platforms, cloud technologies, stakeholder management, and solution governance. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, product teams, engineering teams, and external stakeholders to define strategic technology roadmaps and drive successful solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Solution Architecture

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into solution architectures, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
- Define target-state architectures aligned with business goals and enterprise technology strategies.
- Develop architecture blueprints, solution diagrams, and technology recommendations.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Architecture Design & Governance
- Lead the design of scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performance enterprise systems.
- Define architecture standards, design patterns, integration strategies, and best practices.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations on technical feasibility and implementation approaches.
- Establish governance processes for architecture decision-making and solution assurance.

Healthcare & Insurance Domain Leadership
- Provide architectural guidance for healthcare and insurance products, platforms, claims systems, policy administration, member management, provider networks, and digital healthcare solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, privacy, and security requirements.
- Support modernization initiatives involving digital transformation, interoperability, workflow automation, and customer experience enhancement.

Stakeholder Management & Discovery
- Facilitate workshops,



discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering meetings with business and technology stakeholders.
- Present architectural solutions, recommendations, and trade-off analyses to leadership teams.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, UX teams, and engineering teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development, engineering, and architecture teams.
- Guide teams throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies where appropriate.

Risk & Compliance Management
- Conduct architecture risk assessments and identify mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate technology, security, operational, and delivery risks.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare, insurance, data privacy, and regulatory standards.

Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain architecture artifacts including:
- Solution Design Documents (SDD)
- High-Level Designs (HLD)
- Low-Level Designs (LLD)
- Architecture Decision Records (ADR)
- Integration Specifications
- Governance Documentation
- Document architectural standards, processes, and lessons learned.

Mandatory Skills

Architecture Expertise

- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect.
- Solid experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Expertise in architecture frameworks, methodologies, and governance practices.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and integration architectures.

Healthcare & Insurance Domain
- Strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience working with Healthcare and Insurance products and platforms.




- Experience supporting claims management, policy administration, healthcare operations, provider systems, or member services.
- Understanding of healthcare interoperability and insurance business processes.

Technical & Solution Design
- Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and resilient architectures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Experience conducting architecture reviews, impact assessments, and solution evaluations.

Stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with senior business stakeholders, product teams, and technical leadership.
- Strong facilitation and workshop management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and microservices.
- Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and enterprise data platforms.
- Understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to integration technologies and API management platforms.

Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge

Preferred experience with

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 10-15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation and modernization programs.
