We are currently seeking a motivated and confident Equipment Field Sales Representative to join this dynamic national company within the WA operations.

This is a hands-on sales role focused on demonstrating equipment to new and existing customers, understanding their needs and helping them find the right solution.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business through proactive outbound calling, prospecting and face-to-face customer visits
- Conduct professional equipment demonstrations for new and existing customers
- Provide hands-on customer training and explain equipment operational features and benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions
- Prepare and follow up quotes and manage opportunities through to sale
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and CRM activity
- Work closely with the internal sales and business development teams to maximise opportunities
- Achieve agreed weekly sales activity and demonstration targets

Key Requirements

- Previous experience in equipment, technical or field sales




- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain equipment
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable conducting face-to-face demonstrations and customer presentations
- Robust customer focus and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs
- Resilient, driven and motivated to develop new business
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a broader sales team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different customer requirements
