At CBRE our ESG team partners with property, facilities and asset management professionals to turn sustainability goals into measurable outcomes. Our Sydney based team is growing and we are looking for an ESG Advisor who enjoys working with data, solving problems and contributing to meaningful environmental outcomes within the built environment.

Reporting to the Director - ESG, you'll play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day management of our ESG platform, sustainability reporting and data governance processes. You'll work closely with Property Managers, Facilities Managers and clients to ensure accurate ESG data and reporting that supports informed decision-making The Opportunity:

- Manage and maintain ESG data within the Deepki platform
- Ensure data quality, completeness and ongoing system accuracy
- Produce ESG and sustainability performance reports for clients
- Support energy, water, waste and emissions monitoring and analysis
- Assist with sustainability certifications and ESG reporting initiatives
- Support onboarding and configuration of new client mandates
- Collaborate with Property Management and Facilities Management teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ESG strategy development

About You

- Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Property, Data Analytics or similar
- Exposure to ESG, sustainability or data management




- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with Deepki, Envizi, SIERA, GRESB, NGERS or ASRS is advantageous

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualification in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Property, Data Analytics or a related discipline

Experience or exposure to ESG, sustainability, environmental reporting or data management

Strong analytical capability and excellent attention to detail

Confidence working with large datasets and reporting systems

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience with Deepki, Envizi, SIERA or similar platforms highly regarded

Exposure to GRESB, NGERS, ASRS or related ESG frameworks advantageous
