Panther Flooring Company. We are an expert floor coatings company specialising in polyurethane and epoxy flooring with over 25 years of experience in the commercial, industrial and mining industries.

Our business in based in the northern suburbs of Perth, WA, servicing clients from Esperance to the Pilbara.

The ideal candidate:

We are looking for Applicators who have experience on construction sites, in particular to laying epoxy floors.

Work experience with epoxy for at least 3 years, is a must.

The successful applicant will be energetic, self-driven and hard-working, and willing to work with a team of like-minded people. Experience in team leading is valuable.

Key Responsibilities

- Surface Preparation: Grinding, shot-blasting, patching, and crack repair.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operating and maintaining floor grinders, dust extractors, and squeegees/rollers.
- Quality Control: Ensuring correct mixing ratios, mil thickness, and flawless finishes.
- Technical Product Application:



Mixing and installing high-build epoxy, urethane cements, self-leveling resins, and chemical-resistant topcoats.
- Precision Finishing: Ensuring correct mixing ratios, monitoring mil thickness, and creating flawless commercial coving.
- Teamwork & Safety: Working productively within a structured team while maintaining strict commercial site safety standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience in commercial or industrial resinous flooring/protective concrete coatings.
- Robust competence in concrete preparation techniques and using industrial floor prep machinery.
- Valid WA Driver’s License and reliable transport to get to our Malaga yard.
- Construction White Card (essential for immediate site access).
- Full Australian Working Rights for a permanent, long-term role.

Must be available for varying hours including nights and weekends and stints at the mines, which happens occassionally. An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the applicants that have what we need as listed above..
