The Opportunity
Giorgi', a leading luxury residential construction company in Perth, is seeking an Estimator/Scheduler to join their agile team. In this a part time role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed cost estimates and take offs for high-end residential projects, assisting in the successful delivery of these prestigious developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for all elements of luxury residential construction projects, including materials, labour, and equipment
- Analyse project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify and quantify required resources send quotes accordingly and qualify once received.
- Provide support to the Estimating and Scheduling team
- Prepare tender submissions and proposals to secure new projects
- Provide take offs for scheduling, Send for quotes and issue purchase orders.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, with a focus on luxury residential projects
- Positive understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
- Proficient in the use of estimating/scheduling software and other relevant tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
