Diggers The Entrance is seeking a motivated, organised and creative Events Coordinator to join our Marketing team. Working closely with the Marketing Manager this role will be responsible for driving event sales, coordinating Club events, entertainment and supporting promotional activities across the venue.

The role combines event sales, event coordination and content creation making it ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships with creating memorable experiences. What You’ll Be Doing

- Drive function sales by managing enquiries, creating tailored packages, conducting site tours and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

- Coordinate and deliver a variety of events – from corporate events and themed nights to member celebrations and Social Bowls & Pickleball activities.

- Build strong client and member relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

- Prepare event schedules, event run sheets and operational briefs.

- Work closely with catering, bar and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of functions and events.

- Prepare monthly campaign & event reports, manage event budgets ensuring financial efficiency while maximising member value.





- Capture engaging day to day photos and video content including reels, stories and event highlights that showcase what’s happening across the Club activities.

- Assist the Marketing Manager with the planning and delivery of Club promotions, entertainment and events calendar.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in event sales and coordination (hospitality or clubs industry experience highly regarded).

- Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings, event details and reporting.

- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.

- A creative eye for content and brand promotion with experience creating content across social media platforms.

- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

- Robust attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.

- Flexible availability for occasional evenings, weekends and public holidays when major events are on.
