EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & NDIS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Full time | $70,000–$80,000 + super | Brisbane or Gold Coast

Become the Director’s right hand and help shape a growing NDIS provider operating across QLD, NSW and VIC.

This role combines executive support, NDIS operations, compliance and business improvement. Working directly with the Director, you will organise competing priorities and take ownership of work supporting our people and growth.

Responsibilities

- Manage inboxes, calendars, meetings, priorities and follow-ups
- Prepare correspondence, reports and briefings
- Maintain compliance registers, records, document control and audit-ready files
- Support incidents, complaints, risks, SOPs and improvement activities
- Assist with rostering, recruitment, onboarding and stakeholder communication
- Identify gaps, escalate concerns and follow actions through





You will have 3–5 years’ relevant EA, administration or operations experience and demonstrated NDIS-sector experience. Aged-care experience will also be considered. Compliance, safeguarding or audit experience is highly regarded.

Initially work from home with occasional in-person requirements, transitioning to on-site work in Brisbane or the Gold Coast. Required clearances must be held or obtained.
