The ABM Group has continuously traded within the Australian coal industry for over 20 years specialising in complex ground recovery situations, coal development, drift drivage, secondary support, VCD installations, robotic shotcreting, conveyor installations and maintenance, and general underground operations.

Since commencing works at Yancoal's Moolarben Underground Coal Mine in November 2022, The ABM Groups growth and market position in NSW have been strengthened through the collective efforts of our skilled and dedicated personnel. Working in alignment with site standards and operational principles, we continue to deliver protected and efficient outcomes across development and support activities.

We currently have a few exciting, long-term career opportunities positioned close to Mudgee and for these we are seeking skilled, safe and reliable team members who have experience in the underground coal mining environment in the roles of:

FITTERS - ELECTRICIANS - OPERATORS - MINER DRIVERS - DEPUTIES

Various rosters available.

The successful candidates will display excellent risk management and safety behaviours with a driven productivity focus.

DesirableSkills and Experience - Fitters:- Underground Diesels Experience (DES)





- Brake Testing
- Development Maintenance Experience
- Joy Miner Experience

Mandatory Requirements - Electricians:-Electrical Fitter/Mechanic Qualifications

- Current Electrical Licence
- Current EEHA
- Current LVR/CPR

Mandatory Requirements ALL positions:-Minimum 12 months Underground experience

- Current Order 45 medical/willing to participate
