Join a diverse team of support workers servicing the Moreton Bay region and surrounds offering superior care and companionship to all our participants. Your Care Hub is looking for support workers with experience working with the following:

- ASD Level 2 and 3
- Mental health such as Schizophrenia, BPD, Complex PTSD
- Cerebral Palsy
- Non-Verbal ASD
- Positive behavioral support plans
- Medication Training

Currently looking for 15 English speaking male and female support workers with Manual Handling experience (Hoist) to assist participant with social and community access and assistance with daily living. Duties will vary according to the participant's support plan but may include:
- Implementing strategies detailed in positive behaviour support plan
- Assisting people to perform important daily activities
- Facilitating daily personal hygiene tasks
- Performing home-based tasks such as food preparation and housework




- Undertaking tasks outside the home such as shopping
- Ensuring wide-ranging programs of social activities
- Providing emotional support and companionship

Job Type: Casual Pay: $34.44 – $45.28 per hour
