About Us

CCR Plascon is a reputable, privately-owned company based in Perth, specializing in the supply of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) to the Western Australian market. We pride ourselves on delivering quality while fostering a supportive work environment.

The Role

We are looking for a dependable and proactive Casual Factory Operator to assist with our safe and efficient factory operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Removing labels from IBCs and drums
- Washing and sanitizing IBCs
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Conducting general manual handling tasks and maintaining site cleanliness

While the role is not highly strenuous, it does require a degree of physical strength to handle and maneuver products effectively.

About You

- You are a positive, motivated,



and reliable team player.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy manual labor.
- Possess basic oral and written communication skills; able to read and adhere to procedures.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in your work.
- A valid forklift license is essential for this position.

Hours
- Tuesday to Thursday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Flexible schedule may lead to additional shifts.
