We're currently recruiting for an established manufacturing organisation based in Narangba that is looking to bring an experienced HSEQ Coordinator into their team.

n

- Work closely with operational leaders, project managers and site supervisors

- Have genuine influence over safety culture and compliance

- A varied role combining site-based HSEQ activities with systems, reporting and improvement

- Full-time position based in Narangba
n

As the HSEQ Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting and strengthening HSEQ practices across the organisation.

n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Developing and maintaining HSEQ policies, procedures and SWMS
n
- Conducting workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments
n
- Identifying hazards and implementing effective control measures
n
- Providing HSEQ guidance,



training and support to operational teams
n
- Managing incident and near-miss investigations
n
- Driving corrective and preventative actions
n
- Monitoring compliance with relevant WHS and environmental legislation
n
- Maintaining HSEQ documentation, records and reporting
n
- Tracking HSEQ performance and key metrics
n
- Working closely with site and project teams to continuously improve safety outcomes
n

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- A relevant tertiary qualification in HSEQ, WHS, Environmental Management or a related discipline
n
- 3+ years' experience in an HSEQ Coordinator or similar position
n
- Experience within manufacturing, construction or another industrial environment
n
- Strong knowledge of WHS and environmental legislation
n
- Experience with audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Confidence working with both operational and management teams
n
- Experience using HSEQ systems and reporting tools
n
- A practical, proactive approach to workplace safety
