Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join one of Australia's largest enterprise technology teams, leading the delivery of innovative Data & AI initiatives that are transforming how the business uses analytics, automation and Generative AI.

Working within a high-performing Data & AI function, you'll lead cross-functional squads delivering complex technology initiatives from concept through to production. This role combines hands-on project delivery with people leadership, so we're looking for someone who can manage complex programs while building, coaching and developing high-performing teams.

What you'll be doing

n

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple Data & AI projects from planning through to production
n
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, resourcing, risks and dependencies
n
- Provide strong project governance, delivery reporting and forecasting
n
- Partner with engineering, data, analytics and business teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
n
- Manage senior stakeholders and provide clear communication around delivery, risks and priorities
n
- Help shape Data & AI delivery roadmaps and contribute to strategic planning
n

What we're looking for

n

You'll be an experienced Delivery Lead,



Delivery Manager or Technical Project Manager with robust project management fundamentals and demonstrated people leadership experience.

You'll bring:

- Strong project management experience delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives end-to-end
n
- Proven people management experience, including coaching, development and performance management
n
- Experience managing scope, budgets, forecasts, resources, risks, issues and dependencies
n
- Experience leading cross-functional technical and engineering teams
n
- Exposure to Data, Analytics or AI initiatives
n
- Strong Agile delivery experience
n
- Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Strong commercial acumen and delivery governance
n
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
n
