Connect Staffing Group is seeking enthusiastic FIFO Utilities (All-Rounder) team members for casual and ongoing opportunities across regional WA mine sites. This is a great chance to join a supportive team and enjoy the unique rewards of the FIFO lifestyle.

About the Role:

As a FIFO Utilities All-Rounder, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks across mine sites, including:

- Housekeeping & mine site cleaning
- Kitchen, dining room, and bar/retail (RSA required)
- Grounds work
- Admin support
- Health & Wellness Coaching support

Flexibility, a positive teamwork attitude, and a willingness to learn across multiple areas are essential.

Work conditions

- FIFO from Perth, WA
- 12-hour shifts, day or night
- Exposure to remote environments and extreme weather conditions

About You The ideal candidate will have:
- FIFO or remote site experience (Essential)
- National Police Clearance within the last 6 months (Essential)
- Valid WA manual driver’s licence (Essential)




- Fitness certificate (Essential for Health & Wellness Coaching support only)
- Knowledge of INX Software (Essential for Admin/Utility only)
- Food Handler’s Certificate
- RSA
- White Card
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Understanding of HACCP and food safety plans
- Knowledge of protected work practices and safety protocols
