About the Role
Reporting to the Finance & Business Support Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day financial activities of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily revenue reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Processing accounts payable and receivable.
- Verifying invoices and liaising with suppliers.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and compliance standards.
- Assisting with audits, inventory control, and payroll processing.
- Supporting month-end reporting and other finance activities.
About You
- Previous experience in a finance, accounts, administration, or hospitality role.
- Qualifications or studies in Accounting, Finance,
or Business (preferred).
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
