About the role

This is a diverse, hands-on finance position requiring someone who is highly organised, accurate, trustworthy and confident working independently across all aspects of day-to-day financial administration of a Support at Home Provider.

Key responsibilities

- MYOB accounting and financial processing
- Payroll processing
- PAYG and Single Touch Payroll (STP) requirements
- Superannuation processing and reconciliation
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- GST and BAS preparation
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Online banking and payment processing
- Month-end and year-end financial processes
- Budget monitoring and financial reporting
- Managing government grant funding

About you

- Demonstrated experience in a finance, bookkeeping or accounting role
- Strong MYOB skills




- Demonstrated payroll experience, including PAYG, superannuation and STP
- Sound knowledge of GST and BAS requirements
- Experience with accounts payable, receivable and reconciliations
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A high level of confidentiality and professional integrity
- The ability to manage competing deadlines and work independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
