You will work closely with clients to understand their financial objectives, analyse their current financial situation, and develop tailored strategies to help them achieve their goals. The role requires a strong sales mindset and excellent phone experience to effectively communicate with clients and build long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough financial assessments and provide comprehensive advice based on clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

- Develop customised financial plans encompassing investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management.

- Proactively identify opportunities to optimise clients' portfolios and recommend suitable investment products and services.

- Regularly review and update clients' financial plans to ensure alignment with their evolving needs and market conditions.

- Utilise strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our services.





- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.

- FASEA approved.

- Proven experience as a Financial Adviser.

- Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone.

- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve both personal and team goals.
