Key Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end close, management reporting, budgets, forecasts, and business performance analysis.
- Ensure the integrity of the balance sheet through robust financial controls, reconciliations, and review processes.
- Oversee statutory reporting obligations, coordinating external audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage internal audit activities, driving successful audit outcomes and timely resolution of findings.
- Ensure the accurate preparation and submission of statutory accounts, tax filings, and other compliance requirements.
- Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to provide strategic financial advice, commercial insight, and governance support.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Drive process improvements, finance transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects across the finance function.




- Support business growth through effective financial planning, analysis, and risk management.

About You

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or similar finance leadership position.
- Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, and compliance expertise.
- Proven experience leading external and internal audit processes.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence business decisions and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and financial systems.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities.
- Experience in the Mechanical industry will be highly regarded.
