Results First Aid Training is looking for an experienced Fire Warden/Chief Warden Trainer to join our growing team and deliver practical, engaging workplace training across Melbourne. We’re looking for someone who has real industry experience and can bring that knowledge into the classroom and work environment — making training informative, easy to understand, practical and friendly.

About the Role

You will deliver Fire Warden and Chief Warden training to a range of workplaces and industries across Melbourne. Our clients value trainers who can relate the training to real workplace situations, answer questions confidently and create a relaxed learning environment while maintaining a high professional standard.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Holds a current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or current equivalent
- Has Fire Warden / Emergency Management industry experience
- Has experience delivering ACCREDITED workplace training
- Is a confident, friendly and engaging presenter
- Can explain information in a easy and practical way
- Is reliable, professional and well organised
- Is comfortable training a variety of industries and group sizes
- Has their own reliable transport




- Holds an ABN and is comfortable working as a subcontractor
- CPR & First Aid Training experience is a BONUS!
