We're seeking an energetic and community-minded Fitness & Recreation Officer to support our Recreation Centre and resident community. Whether you're currently working as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Recreation Officer or Fitness Professional looking for a lifestyle change, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a hands-on role combining fitness instruction, recreation activities and administration. You'll help create a welcoming environment where residents can improve their health and wellbeing through fitness programs, sports activities and community engagement initiatives. You'll also assist with the day-to-day operation of the Recreation Centre and member services.

You'll Bring

- Certificate III or IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence working with people from diverse backgrounds
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Basic administration and computer skills

Key Duties

- Deliver group fitness sessions and personal training
- Assist with planning and coordinating social sport and recreation activities
- Welcome and support Recreation Centre members
- Manage memberships, attendance records and reporting
- Promote fitness classes and recreation programs




- Maintain a safe, clean and professional facility
- Assist with community events and wellbeing initiatives
