As Poppies continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced florist to join our team.

What Your Days Could Look Like:

You’ll work across a broad mix of floristry and customer service, including -

Creating beautiful bouquets and floral arrangements for our customers and in-store collection

Helping customers choose the perfect flowers, both in-store and over the phone

Creating florals for corporate clients, weddings, functions and events

Bringing your own creativity, experience and eye for design to the studio

Helping manage flowers and stock to ensure everything stays fresh and beautiful





Processing customer orders through our Shopify website - we’ll provide training if needed

Working together as a team to keep our studio organised, welcoming and looking its best

Ideally, you’ll have:

At least 3 years’ retail floristry experience

Confidence creating bouquets and arrangements independently A strong eye for colour, style and design A warm, friendly approach with customers

Great communication skills and the ability to work well within a team A current Australian driver’s licence

Some availability across weekdays and Saturdays

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who will fit naturally into the Poppies team - someone creative, capable, positive and happy to get involved.

Hours & Flexibility:

This is a permanent (either Full-Time or Part time) position with options for weekdays and Saturdays available.
