About You

As an integral part of the team you'll have a robust work ethic; energetic, enthusiastic, responsible and:

- Able to create amazing floral designs - and meet deadlines.

- Have at 2 years hands-on experience in the flower industry.

- Experienced or a keen interest in event flowers.

- Full Australian Drivers license and their own car.

- An eye for detail.

- Has an eagerness to contribute alongside their fellow team members.

- Detailed knowledge of our products & services.

- Follows design processes.

- Is confident using technology and has great time management skills.

- Contributes to the organised, fun & smooth running of the day to day studio.

- Availability for Saturday on a rotating roster.





About the Role An opportunity has opened up for a full-time experienced Floral Designer, who is capable of working on modern floral designs and contribute to the success of the studio.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

- Providing excellent customer service and using your intuition to meet the varying needs of our customers.

- Receiving product and prepping flowers ready for arrangement.

- Assist with inventory control, ensuring we neither run out nor waste stock.

- Filling and adapting/changing orders as required to meet the needs of our customers.

- Displaying detailed knowledge of our products & services.

- Meeting targets for production & quality assurance.

- Maintain a clean, organised & safe work environment at all times.

- Booking courier drivers.
