About the role As a Banquets & Events Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service across a range of events, meetings and special occasions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, takes pride in delivering outstanding guest service and thrives as part of a high-performing team.

- Providing warm, professional and attentive service to guests throughout their event experience
- Assisting with the setup and pack-down of banquet rooms and event spaces in accordance with event orders and venue standards
- Preparing tables, buffets and service stations to ensure a polished and welcoming presentation
- Serving food and beverages efficiently and accurately during conferences, meetings, weddings, gala dinners and other special events
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of event schedules, menus and beverage offerings
- Working closely with kitchen, events and service teams to ensure seamless event execution

- Guests feel welcomed, valued and well cared for throughout the banquet or event
- Banquet service runs smoothly and efficiently, even during busy functions and peak service periods
- Tables,

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels or guest-facing customer service roles
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- A warm, professional and approachable personality
- Ability to remain calm and positive during busy periods
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
