Lincoln Downs Resort is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our friendly and professional team in Batemans Bay, NSW. Lincoln Downs Resort is a unique country retreat offering boutique rooms and suites with an outdoor pool, private lake, onsite restaurant and walking distance to Surfside Beach.

Experience is not required as we will provide full on the job training. We do however ask for a can-do attitude & smile.

As our next Team member, you will:

- Be confident in your ability to help customers and have excellent communication skills.
- Take food & beverage orders and run food & drinks.
- Set up and pack down the restaurant and bar area following service periods.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner and with a high standard of customer service.
- Assist during special events and conferencing as required.
- Maintain and follow health, safety, and security procedures at all times.
- Always present yourself in a put-together, professional manner while retaining a high regard for personal grooming

What You'll Bring:





- Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous however not essential.
- Passion and enthusiasm for work in the hospitality and food industry
- A valid RSA
- Exceptional organisation and communicative skills
- Willingness to assist in other departments if required
- Australian working rights with the ability to work across a varied roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
