Responsibilities

: As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and coordinating the activities of food and beverage staff
- Ensuring that customer service standards are met
- Monitoring and controlling inventory levels
- Providing ongoing training and development for staff
- Maintaining a clean and safe work workplace




- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
- Assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in menu planning, budget management, and other duties as required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

- Proven supervisory experience in the hospitality industry with strong communication and team management skills.
- Approved Manager and RSA
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Good organization / time-management skills
- Flexible approach to working hours and the ability to work shifts and weekends as required.
