About the role

Foodlink Australia is looking for an experienced, reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team on a full-time basis. You will work Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with optional Saturday overtime available.

Key responsibilities

- Operating a forklift to load pallets onto Foodlink trucks during outbound operations (5:00 AM – 9:00 AM)

- Preparing and organising pallets for outbound deliveries

- Moving pallets safely and efficiently from the warehouse to trucks

- Ensuring pallets are loaded correctly and securely

- Working efficiently to ensure trucks are ready for their scheduled departures

- Unloading pallets from inbound delivery trucks using a forklift (9:00 AM onwards)

- Placing pallets in the correct designated warehouse area (Frozen, Chiller, Dry Store, Fish Room)

- Ensuring pallets are stored safely, correctly and efficiently





- Keeping warehouse areas organised and accessible

- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

About you

- Previous forklift driving experience — essential

- Hold a valid forklift licence

- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

- Experience with loading, unloading and warehouse pallet movements

- Physically capable of performing warehouse duties

- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Full working rights in Australia
