Responsibilities and duties

Reporting to the Refrigeration Warehouse Supervisor, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the required capabilities in the following areas:

- Liaise with customers and Fleet Controllers to monitor the arrival of freight into the VIC Depot.
- Plan and communicate in the event of late arrivals.
- Ensure efficiency is maintained by accessing information available on SAP.
- Labelling of inwards / outwards goods
- Continual monitoring and analysis of data to ensure the integrity of the system.
- Accurate completion of all required reports within allocated timeframes
- A LF forklift license would be advantageous

Desired Skills and Experience The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Essential

- Proven experience in data entry administration roles
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role

Desirable

- LF forklift license
- Certificate IV – Business Administration or Transport & Logistics or equivalent
- Transport industry working knowledge
- Previous experience & knowledge of warehouse and rail transport industries
- Experience using SAP
- Experience in a freight scanning environment

Other important information This position in on Day Shift. Contractual hours are 7:00am-3:00pm with overtime.
