About the Roles

We are seeking experienced casual Section Waiters and Food Runners to join our front of house team. These roles suit hospitality professionals who take pride in attentive, knowledgeable and personalised service, and who want to grow within a respected fine dining venue.

Section Waiter Responsibilities

- Lead your section with professional, attentive table service in a premium fine dining environment
- Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, daily specials and beverage options
- Recommend food and wine pairings to enhance each guest's experience
- Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system
- Open, present and pour wines in line with responsible service standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service and respond promptly to requests or concerns
- Support private dining events, functions and special service requirements

Food Runner Responsibilities

- Deliver food and beverages in line with fine dining service sequence and presentation standards




- Work closely with the kitchen, bar and section waiters to ensure timely, accurate service
- Describe dishes confidently and accurately at the table
- Prepare and maintain table settings, service stations and mise en place before, during and after service
- Assist with opening and closing procedures

About You

- Section Waiters: minimum 2 years' experience in fine dining, a hatted restaurant or a quality hotel
- Food Runners: previous restaurant experience with an understanding of formal service
- Strong knowledge of table service, menu presentation and fine dining etiquette
- Genuine interest in Italian food and wine, and the confidence to recommend both
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, polished presence
- Strong attention to detail and composure in a fast paced environment
- Availability across evenings and weekends
- Current RSA; a relevant hospitality qualification is preferred
