We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and hardworking Junior Front of House Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area, and ensuring a great experience for all guests. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to start their career in hospitality and is willing to take on additional responsibilities, such as mopping floors and washing utensils.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude upon arrival
- Answer phones, take order, and provide information about the menu and services
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including waiting areas, restrooms
- Regularly mop floors and wash utensils, ensuring they are clean and ready for service
- Assist in washing dishes and other kitchen-related cleaning tasks as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Set up, serve,



and clear tables efficiently
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Support the Front of House team with daily operational tasks, including helping with various cleaning duties

Qualifications:

- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Willingness to perform cleaning duties, including mopping floors and washing utensils
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A team player with a strong customer service orientation

Job Type: Casual Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3.0 – 20.0 per week
