About the role

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and supporting our FOH team during busy service periods. You'll be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth venue operations while working closely with management.

This is a casual position offering approximately 25-30 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours or full-time work for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise and support Front of House team members during service
- Lead, train and motivate waitstaff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure venue presentation and service standards are consistently maintained
- Assist with staff coordination and shift management
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Support management with daily operations and team development
- Maintain compliance with venue procedures

About you

- Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or team leader position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a busy workplace
- Excellent customer service skills




- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Current RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencing employment)
