We are actively building our team at our Chatswood practice and want the very best people to join and share in our success. We are seeking a full-time team member for 5 days per week, with flexibility to consider a 4-day arrangement for an exceptional candidate.

Across our practices we offer expert customer care, and our teams work with the must-have eyewear brands & lenses, so you can match your great skills with great products.

As an Optical Dispenser, your passion for style, attention to detail and customer-first mind-set will enable you to build genuine connections with customers and ensure they get the best possible solutions, whilst expanding on our existing loyal customer base and supporting the team to achieve set KPIs and revenue targets.

About Us The Optical Co are well-established optical stores in the northern suburbs – we know the local community values their vision, and your role will be to work closely with our experienced Optometrist and practice team to ensure patients get the right optical products and solutions to meet their needs, and experience world-class service.

The skills & experience we seek

- Optical dispensing qualifications and experience will be highly regarded
- A track-record of sound retail experience in a customer-facing role (high-end fashion highly regarded)
- Excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation
- An ability to work with a variety of customers to assist with their product selections
- Ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic team
