## Do you have a wild idea that could raise money for a wonderful cause?

Golden Rose Cancer Collective is looking for a creative, enthusiastic and innovative Fundraising Volunteer to help us dream up fresh, exciting and fun ways to raise funds for people living with cancer.

We’re not just looking for traditional sausage sizzles and raffles (although we love those too!). We want someone who can think outside the box, spot new opportunities and turn imaginative ideas into successful fundraising campaigns.

### What you could get up to

- Brainstorming novel, quirky and memorable fundraising ideas.
- Creating fun community challenges, events and online fundraising campaigns.
- Exploring social media trends, digital fundraising and creative ways to engage supporters.
- Developing partnerships with local businesses, influencers, community groups and potential sponsors.
- Turning unusual ideas into practical fundraising opportunities.
- Helping organise and promote exciting fundraising activities.
- Researching grants, sponsorships and other creative income streams.

### Who are we looking for?

You might be a natural-born ideas person, a creative thinker, an event enthusiast, a social media whiz or simply someone who loves finding clever ways to bring people together for a positive cause.

You don’t need formal fundraising experience. We’re looking for someone with:





- Imagination and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- A passion for trying new things.
- Great communication and relationship-building skills.
- Initiative, enthusiasm and a sense of fun.
- The ability to turn creative ideas into achievable actions.

Previous experience in fundraising, marketing, events, social media, business development or community engagement is welcome, but passion and creativity matter most.
