Job Description

Endeavour Group is looking for a Safety, Health & Wellbeing Lead to partner with ALH Hotels operations across North Queensland. You will embed a true culture of care, turn safety insights into action, and drive protected hospitality teams.

Reporting to the SHW Manager – Hotels & Services, you will travel across venues to coach leaders, conduct inspections, manage investigations, and champion holistic wellbeing while aligning with our SHW strategy.
