About The Role

n

KB7 CARE is seeking compassionate, reliable and dedicated NDIS Support Workers to support participants across Melbourne, Victoria. Ongoing shifts are available with immediate onboarding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist participants with daily living activities
n
- Provide personal care and support with routines
n
- Support community participation and social activities
n
- Transport participants to appointments and activities
n
- Encourage participant independence and wellbeing
n
- Follow individual care plans and support participant goals
n

n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check - clearance or proof of application
n
- Working With Children Check (WWCC), if applicable
n
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
n




- Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals Certificate
n
- Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Certificate completed within the last 12 months
n
- National Police Check, if not included in NDIS screening
n
- Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Current car registration and insurance if transporting participants
n
- 100 points of identification
n
- Proof of Australian working rights
n
- Updated resume or CV
n
