Job Description

Stantec in Canberra is seeking a Design and Drafting Team Lead to coordinate multi-disciplinary civil infrastructure, urban development and transport projects. You will mentor a team of drafters, manage resourcing and ensure delivery to time, budget and quality standards.

In this role you will build solid client relationships across ACT and NSW, identify technical risks, drive efficient design processes and contribute to winning contracts through high-quality technical input and leadership.
